It's sort of a last resort thing, like if you're in HS or college/university, there is no shortage of new ppl to meet. However, once you get out into the real world and start working you see way less ppl, unless you hit up clubs a lot. There are plenty of decent sites out there, and I've heard of a few success stories, but it's not my kinda thing.
