Should I feel bad?
Ok i've been best friends with this girl for years, but i've only ever liked her as a friend..she recently broke up with her boyfriend and i've recently found out that she did so because she's in love with me!! ARGH!! Now I feel guilty because she went through that and I don't like her in that way now it's really akward between us....i'm not expecting anybody to know all the answers, but any thoughts would be appriciated

yeah dude, it's not on you. be cool with her but be up front. Frankly, she shouldn't have broken it off with the other guy unless she knew she had a chance with you, and since she didn't, she would have broken up with the dude anyway.

That's really shallow and very..ah i don't even know what word to use.
That just really infuriates me...

Why the hell should she have gone around to other guy askin if he likes her then go out,or if he didn't she just stays with your bf of now? that's really asshole-ish. If i ever found out someone did that to me,your out the friggin door.If you had doubts and didn't want me you should just tell me,then go around seeing if your crush likes you,not just use me as a fall-back.

SO, either she's really naive, or you just totally didn't clue in to the signs.

I would suggest you speak to her and let her know how you feel.

I don't think you should feel bad unless you did something to make her feel like you felt the same way.

As I think that you should not feel bad. Now you should go with her as well as should give her companion. You should help her and realise that you are really loving her. As well as you should realise her that you can only understand her well and create a situation that she can also feel like you.

Break off the relation is kinda fashion among the youngsters. The best thing to remember is the psychological treatment. Especially for the girls because they are considered delicate creature. and of course suspicious. I have been studying their psychology for some days.

RE: Should I feel bad?
It's not your fault all you can do is jus sit down with her and tell her how you feel about her. And if she doesn't take it well comfort her.
